Lisa Pizarro-Glaser is the Founder of EverKind Foundation, where she leads with compassion, vision, and a lifelong commitment to service. A dedicated philanthropist, community advocate, and mother of three, Lisa has spent years supporting initiatives that uplift children, strengthen families, and create opportunities for those in need.
She is also a passionate advocate for mental health awareness and believes deeply in the power of kindness, connection, and community. Through EverKind Foundation, Lisa is committed to building meaningful partnerships that create lasting impact for children, animals, and the communities they call home.

Chris Glaser
Chris Glaser has dedicated his life to leadership, service, and community impact. He proudly served as a United States Navy Corpsman, where he developed a deep commitment to helping others and serving with compassion. Following his military service, Chris built a successful 26-year career at CONMED, where he currently serves as Director of National Accounts and is known for his integrity, strategic vision, and strong relationships.
Beyond his professional achievements, Chris is passionate about supporting children and conservation initiatives in the community. Through EverKind Foundation, he is committed to creating meaningful opportunities that protect wildlife, uplift families, and inspire lasting positive change.

Stephanie Holdsworth
Director of PhilanthropyI am a mom of four boys, a lifelong Floridian, and a proud member of the Hillsborough County community for the past 12 years. My connection to this work is deeply personal. My husband spent time in the foster care system as a child, and my father aged out of foster care—experiences that shaped our family across generations and showed me how profoundly early support, consistency, and compassion can impact a child’s life.
With more than 25 years in the mortgage industry, my professional career has centered on helping families find stability and a place to call home. At Everkind Foundation, my heart is rooted in one belief: when children are met with understanding, resources, and kindness, their futures can change—and so can generations to come.
Brin Robinson
Communications & Marketing Coordinator
Brin Robinson serves as Communications and Marketing Coordinator for EverKind Foundation, where she leverages her background in community engagement and strategic storytelling to support programs that uplift underserved youth and strengthen families.
With a long-standing commitment to service, she is passionate about amplifying community initiatives, expanding access to resources, and using her voice to drive meaningful, lasting impact.
